New Feature Coming Soon: Guest Links for Surveyors, Non-Employees, and Virtual Surveys

If your organization is accredited by TJC, DNV, or another accreditation agency, you may know that virtual surveys and offsite document reviews have become more common today. Site administrators need a way to grant surveyors access to PolicyStat without sharing the primary Global Guest Access Link to their site. Doing this today allows anyone with the link to continue accessing PolicyStat after the inspection or survey is complete. Starting next week, PolicyStat will begin rolling out temporary Global Guest Access links that will allow you to grant access to PolicyStat and then disable the link when access is no longer needed. Your primary Global Guest Access link will remain intact and all previous hyperlinks created using it will continue to work. When available, this feature will be located under Admin > Global Guest Access Link. To gain early access, like or post a comment!

Hi @Carissa-Lyn Huang , restricting access to just one area is a greatidea for the ideas porta l, but for this iteration itgrants access to the whole site. @Carissa-Lyn Huang @Ilene Hirsch @Amy Andreasen Would you be interested in testing this out with me this week? Based on feedback we received from our client services team, there are a couple things we want to change, and it would be great to hear your feedback, as well.

Hi@Gabe Gomez I can test for you, but I never know when TJC or other surveyors are atour locations unless the owner of a policy needs something done right away. That may change in the future though if they want to do it all online. I am available 9/22 after 11:00 am CST. Or, next week except for Monday (10/4).
